|Recommended: YesGreat property, new, clean, friendly and fun — Living here has been great so far. The other residents are fun and nice, my roommates are amazing, and overall its a great place to be. The only thing that could be a little better is the cleanliness of the elevators lobbies, and there’s a particular staff member that could be a little friendlier. Other than that, I highly recommend

|Recommended: YesAmazing Apartment But New Buildings Cause Problems — Living here has pretty much everything you need whether a college student, working young adult, single parent, or small family. Though so many people live here, there's usually a spot in the parking garage for a resident or guest. You won't usually get one of the nice parking spaces next to the actual apartments unless you're handicapped.
Here in the apartments, I have a 4x4 so there's 2 big bedrooms, and two smaller ones. You pay extra for the bigger ones. But it's a dream to find an apartment where each resident can have their own private bedroom and bathroom. There's a washer dryer in your apartment room too The living room is a decent size for an apartment with 1 three-seat couch, an armchair, coffee table, tall square table, and shelf under the smart TV. Your dining table is very small though. The kitchen is down a skinny hallway but the cabinets have PLENTY of space to store your kitchenware. There's also 2 storage rooms which 2 people storage room is convenient. There's one coat closet that is a little small. You have no other closets in your own bedroom but there are 5 shelves to store things. There's also space under your bed for storage and it comes with a small drawer most likely for clothes. Your bedroom also offers a nightstand and a desk chair.
You can hand and decorate your walls with pushpins thumb tacks or very small nails. You will have to pay for bigger holes in the walls. The walls are made of drywall so it's easy to put things in. Moving into your bathroom, you have plenty of storage and a nice big mirror. There's a decent amount of counter space next to your sink. Beware Your shower has no shower curtain so you'll need to get that in advance.
Everything about your living space is REALLY nice except walls are very thin I can hear my roommate's music, phone calls, and any other noise. Especially if someone's door is open Occassionally, I can also hear people from the hallway and sometimes that's confusing if you hear a knocking sound from down the hall thinking it was on your door...
I'm also in a newer building so parts of the building and some things inside the building are still under construction. The elevator is not done yet. It can move up and down floors smoothly and safely but the supposed protection for walls have been torn down and scattered across the floor. This has led to dirt collection underneath the cardboard on the floors wall coverings now also on the floor . The exits from the elevator are also not very clean as people have spilled drinks, left scuff marks, and collected dirt there. It's gross and I hope it gets clean soon.
Another issue that you might have with a new building is that the power in your apartment might go out. But maintenance got to it quickly after I sent in a work order No power can either mean just your lights are out or lights, oven, microwave, fridge, and washer dryers are out of power.
One other problem that has occured is that my key FOB how you open all the doors here was not registered to my apartment door. Just go down to the office to get that fixed If the manager is there, it'll be done pretty quick but if not, it can take a long time. If you have a bike and want to put it one of the bike storage rooms inside a building, you can go to the office to get your key registered for that door too.
The office is usually very friendly and patient. Just after moving day, they might be a little cranky so heads up about that.
