There's also a wide variety of people and immediate assistance with any needs. I love Jadelyn and Spencer who run this community and have high respect for both of them. Indeed the construction can create dust, but there have been no problems regarding our safety and accessibility.

|Recommended: YesThe Gem on Campus Drive — Coming from my previous student housing place, this is nothing but an upgrade. The Green was way nicer then I had thought it would be which was surprising because I knew already it would be nice. The 2x2 apartment is fantastic and the furniture and appliances are all nice and modern looking. Not to mention each apartment has its own personal wifi, who has that this place does and it's fast. The staff has been fantastic from the get-go and has been extremely helpful with anything that seemed worrisome. The property looks great and was thought through, it's very convenient. The parking garage is great, parking won't be a problem when the next buildings are finished. Thanks to the construction workers and the Green staff for this gem of a place. 10 10 will recommend.

The had carts all over to help yourself to for moving The amenities are still under construction but when its finished it will def be a great social hub I am really excited for my stay at the Green
